With over 15 years experience in the ophthalmic industry specializing as a Practice
Manager, Karen is well qualified for her role. Her knowledge underpinned by her
administrative skills ensures that a diligent and focused approach is taken to clients
and Customers alike.Karen’s conscientious attitude to her work is balanced with a healthy sense of
humour.She is an excellent communicator and Prides herself on the ability to place
the best candidate in the right position, saving you wasted time and money.
Cathy Roca
Cathy originally qualified in business administration, before working in training and then recruitment. She mainly focuses on the candidate resourcing side of the Eyejobs company.
She is ideally qualified for this role, as she is a very people orientated person and enjoys helping our clients and candidates achieve their goals.
Cathy is very conscientious and always works with a smile on her face, even when faced with a challenge! She is also called upon, from time to time, to use her foreign language skills to help us liaise with our European clients and candidates.
